Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information:
We work to ship out orders within 7-10 business days after your order has been placed. Graphic Tees may take up to the full 10 business days due to the fact that we produce them in house. Please note, if you order around the holidays there may be delays. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible.
Once your order is shipped, tracking for your order will be emailed to you. Tracking updates/Scans are available typically within 24-48 hours of shipping out. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered: please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. The next step would be to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. If you want to reach out to us, we will do our absolute best to help you.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund, exchange or for lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking for returns/exchanges and keeping shipping receipts for your records. Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Returns
Return Information:
Custom orders are not returnable. All Graphic Tees can be returned with in 15 days for store credit or exchange. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at: sales@personali-tee.net, within 2 business days of the delivery date. Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
**We will not accept returns because of fit or color. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. Printed item returns will not be accepted due to color variations. We will only accept returns for flaws or defects. **
